Hi,
Thanks for visiting my blog. I’m Barry and for as long as I can remember much of my life has revolved around bikes and all things cycling. I’m a former bike shop co-owner who now has a wide and varied amount of things to do each day. Since 2006 I’ve been bloggging, I run a clothing company with Sean Kelly
I work with hotels to create cycling friendly destinations and I give bike maintenance classes along with a pretty decent bike fitting service, if I do say so myself 😉
I’m married to a very patient woman and have two great daughters and one loud dog.
Currently I spend most of my saddle time aboard a Giant Defy Advanced SL1.
My most recent adventure on the bike consisted of climbing the height of mount Everest in a day for charity.
