Meeting points and times :

Sunday groups depart at 9am from Clontarf GAA club. Any changes due to weather or club supported events will be updated on our Website/Facebook Page or Twitter feed so always advisable to check if in doubt.

Club Social Spin Thursday Evenings 7pm from Clontarf GAA.  We cycle up over Howth and stop for a coffee afterwards in the village.

Saturday Spin for registered club members only, departs Clontarf GAA club 9AM. There are no assigned Road Captains and route/distance to be agreed by whoever turns up

Note all spins depart on time so be there at least 10 mins before to make sure you don’t miss them
