Mini Post no. 1 – Food

You are what you eat.

It really is important to eat properly before, during and after a bike ride.

Food is fuel.

No food = No fuel = No energy = No fun

You would not put diesel into a petrol engine, so don’t put junk into your body !

Eat as well as you can as often as you can.

No one is perfect so just try the 80/20 rule to begin with

80% of the time eat the good stuff

20% of the time eat the junk

After a while you won’t want the junk any longer
